Enjoyed in restaurants offering USDA Prime Kobe beef, grain fed Kobe beef is juicier and more tender than grass fed. It comes from cows who eat a combination of grass and formulated feed that results in higher fat content and thus more flavor. It has a rich, umami flavor and is quite succulent and ultra tender.
Also known as grass fed beef, pastured Kobe beef is a healthier beef with not as much flavor as the grain fed beef. It comes from Wagyu steers who have grazed in pasture year-round, and it is lower in fat than grain fed beef and has high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (a beneficial fatty acid).
All our meat is guaranteed prime and has either been grain-fed in true Japanese ration or pasture-fed in a very uniquely successful program driven by a propretary process. In addition, all cattle are bred by us, using only proven genetics and the beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days to give you the same eating experience as the $200 steaks you buy in a restaurant.

I have been in every aspect of the Wagyu beef business from pasture to plate. I am a qualified grader who grades beef for operations across the country, and I believe this will be the finest beef eating experience you will have in your life. I have been laughed at by some as to how gentle I treat my cattle. When it comes time to move them, I allow no hot shots or any devices to make them move faster than they want to. My pen size is very spacious and we NEVER crowd our cattle. Our calves are treated so well, they will come and greet us when we show up. We strive for a stress-free, sustainable operation. We are ecologically friendly, having great respect for the land as well as our cattle.
